Click below to download a blank Tax Organizer.  Organizer.pdf     It is again time to gather the information needed to prepare your income tax returns.  The enclosed Tax Organizer will help you to assemble your tax information and make sure you don’t miss any important deductions. If any questions arise as you complete your Organizer, please call or note them on your Organizer.  In order that we may efficiently schedule our time, please return your completed Organizer by March 22, 2010.  We would be happy to assist should you need help with an unusual transaction or if you’d like to discuss your tax situation, estate, or tax planning.  We’re here to help, so if you’d like to schedule an appointment, call and we’ll arrange one immediately.  Evening and weekend appointments are available.   Again this year, IRS e-file is available through our firm.  Electronic filing is completely secure and provides quick proof that your return has been accepted by IRS.  Refunds are usually processed in half the time and even quicker if direct deposit is elected.  Even if you owe money, you can file now and postpone payment until April 15.   As in any other business, we enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.  We hope you will tell a friend about our firm.  If you know of someone you feel would like a free Tax Organizer, let us know.  We will be happy to send them a complimentary copy.   Again, we appreciate your past patronage and look forward to servicing your tax and accounting needs again this year.   Maixner, Maixner & Company
